Buddy Labs Inc. (“Buddy Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a private company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your information honestly, transparently, and with the minimum collection necessary.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit thebuddylabs.com or contact us by email, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

Plain summary: We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics on this website. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us by email.

This policy covers the public Buddy Labs website at thebuddylabs.com and any direct correspondence you send us at our published email addresses. Individual Buddy Labs products, when launched, will publish their own product-specific privacy notices that govern data collected through those products.

(a) Information you provide to us directly. When you email us at support@thebuddylabs.com, privacy@thebuddylabs.com, or any other Buddy Labs address, we receive your email address, name (if included), and the contents of your message and any attachments.

We will never use your email address to sign you up to marketing lists you have not asked for, and we do not profile you based on your visit to the website.
